Ok so Earl Watson is off the board, Anthony Parker, Chris Wilcox. I understand what you guys are saying about not using the MLE, but as Charles said we are not contenders, but we still need to fill out the roster, so what is Ed waiting for to do something because they are not keeping Miller. So why the wait? Do something and do the sign and trade later.

Earl Watson agrees to sign with Pacers, so that kills both options of signing him or a S&T w/ Indy

Pacers & A-Miller - Hoopsworld and RealGM reporting that if the Pacers don't match the Raptors 4 year, $20 million dollar offer sheet to JJack, the Pacers might be interested in offering A-Miller an offering sheet of 1 year for the mid-level, or a sign and trade.

If Jeff Foster's contract was a few million dollars less, he's a guy I'd LOVE to have on our team...but other then that, really no one on the Pacers that should interest us. No way they let Brandon Rush go, who would be a perfect addition to our team. Sign and trade really doesn't seem to make sense for either team.

Earl Watson - The Thunder just waived him. For me, I'd immediately add Watson to the short list of Brevin Knight and Anthony Carter for vets I'd love to see in a Sixers uniform. Watson, like both S Blake and A Carter, has logged very efficient minutes as a starting PG as well as a backup. He's an unselfish, pass first guy that knows how to get in the lane and score as well. Has a nice pull up jumper from 15 feet, and his 3 point shot, while inconsistant year to year, is certainly above average and he's proved he can hit it if left open.

I don't think we need to add another PG for the MLE, if so bring back Miller. Use the money on another shooter/SG or keep it. Last thing this team needs is another mediocre 5 million dollar PG. Bring in a good PG thru trade or ride the season out with the young guys and see what you have.

I've been secretly on the Kevin Ollie bandwagon by myself for a couple days. He is CHEAP, can knock down an open 15 fter, great influence, and won't bitch if he's riding pine.

Please no Nate Robinson wishes, he's like Jamal Crawford but shorter and worse.

I know plenty about Felton, watched him play a lot. But it doesn't make sense. For one he is a restricted free agent the Sixers have no buying power. They can only use some portion of the MLE and the Bobcats would love to match a small offer in that range. If they were looking that way they would be much better served looking at Sessions.

Two, he wants a long-term deal. Why would the Sixers commit to him when they are preparing to give Lou a shot at point and drafted Holiday at the position?

Three he can't shoot, if we wanted a point who can't shot we might as well just bring back a true veteran in Miller.

The Sixers don't need a point guard at this point. The most important thing the Sixers need is to figure out what they already have on this roster under Eddie Jordan. The Sixers just need to play some games with a team that is healthy.

Felton is someone to consider at age 25. He is a quick, strong guard who could flourish in an Eddie Jordan type of system. Plus, Felton could relieve Iggy from some of the playmaking and some of the scoring. He comes from a great system in North Carolina. The only thing about him might be a shaky jumpshot that might make you cringe a bit Dannie.

I'm just saying that it wouldn't hurt for the Sixers to look at Felton.
