Adam, I agree with you, the Giants have shown promise, but I'm not sold on them  <em>yet</em>. I would rank the Saints at #1 right now, just by a hair over NYG.  They beat the Birds pretty handily, spanked the Lions (who I think are markedly better than last year) and won a clean, balanced game against Buffalo last Sunday.  Brees is going to be the MVP this year, and I think Saints are going to run away with the NFC South. Bucs, Cowboys, Redskins.  C'mon seriously, the Bucs are a joke, the Skins lost to the LIONS, and the Boys struggled mightily against the horrible horrible horrible Panthers.  Besides the RB, offensive, and defensive lines, I think the Giants are average at best. If not for a last second, "hail mary", miracle effort by Favre and G Lou, the Vikings were dominated at home by the 49ers. I think they are a force to be reckoned with and should be many slots higher than you have them...some may say higher than our birds!
