A lot of good suggestions from everyone. What about something along this line of thought…….For each team: What was the biggest reason they came up short/didn’t win in 2008, what did they do in the off season to address this shortcoming, is it enough to make a positive impact in 2009, and, if so, how much of one?

How about looking at how the Phils matchup against each team (mostly NL teams)? Historically as a team as well as individual players/pitchers.
