Whew, we can finally take a sigh of relief. The last month of the college basketball season has been filled with uncertainty for the city of Philadelphia and its fans. Most people associate March Madness with conference tournaments that start in a little over a week and the NCAA tournament. But Saturday was the first day of March, and the madness really starts from day one of the month.
